Well, goodbye 2013. \u00a0Hello 2014.<\/p>\n
It has been a pretty rough year last year. \u00a0Got a severe eye infection, lost a sister of 32 years to some sly old fox whom she knew only for a few years. \u00a0How sad is that? \u00a0Well it’s not only my loss… My parents lost a daughter of 40+ years, my (soon to be ex) brother in law lost a woman he knew for 12 years. \u00a0Now, how sad is that?<\/p>\n
Nevertheless… it’s the past, and let all of us look forward to this new year. \u00a0New beginnings, new chapter. \u00a0:) \u00a0Let’s not care about the people who do not care about us. \u00a0Life actually can be pretty straight forward, isn’t it? \u00a0It’s just us who kept thinking it is complicated when it is not.<\/p>\n
Well let’s see what’s coming up this year. \u00a0:D<\/p>\n
I’m hoping to buy my mom a new phone, as the Desire HD that I passed to her sucked (well that’s why I changed it anyway!). \u00a0I’m contemplating on getting her a S4, but everyone told me to wait till S5 is announced so that the price of S4 will drop. \u00a0Maybe… but I don’t want her to wait for too long. \u00a0I’ll probably just get it for her before Chinese New Year anyway. \u00a0:P<\/p>\n
I’m thinking of going on a road trip to Malacca with friends in the next few coming months. \u00a0And then going Taiwan in June. \u00a0Yes, I’ve already bought the airtickets! \u00a0LOL… gonna go for their Computex! \u00a0So excited about it! \u00a0:D \u00a0And thinking of all those night markets and street food… yum~! \u00a0I so hope I won’t fall sick before or during the trip! \u00a0Gonna be planning a trip to Bangkok with my parents too, but that’s pretty much being put on hold as Bangkok currently is pretty… messy and chaotic with all the protests and riots going on. \u00a0Meh.<\/p>\n
Work wise… yeah, I’ve got my 10 years long service award last year. \u00a0A piece of Longines timewear that cost SGD1,590. \u00a0Probably the ONLY watch that I’ll ever have in my entire life that surpassed that SGD1,000 mark. \u00a0LOL. \u00a0Don’t think I’ll be getting any promotion this year, but hopefully the bonus will be good! \u00a0*crosses fingers*<\/p>\n
Been playing back D2 with Reko as well. \u00a0CE Necros are so fun! \u00a0Splatsplatsplat. \u00a0XD I think I’ll be enjoying my CE Necro for a few more months to come, before D3:RoS is here anyway. \u00a0Haha! \u00a0World of Warcraft will be having another expansion as well – Warlords of Draenor. \u00a0Will I play it? \u00a0Maybe…. maybe. \u00a0I don’t usually have anything else to do anyway!<\/p>\n
So… yeah! \u00a0Everything is pretty much about trips and trips and trips! \u00a0And some games. \u00a0This is what my life is all about, I guess?! \u00a0:D<\/p>\n
