Coffee, Tea or Me?

Brewing my loose green tea leaves in the “tea-for-one” infuser mug that my dearest Bear got for me for Christmas last year.  I’m now a convert when it comes to tea – no more tea sachets for me.  Loose tea definitely taste better and fresher.  I’ve also bought loose peppermint tea leaves for my daily consumption every night – now waiting for iHerb to deliver it to me.

I’ve also been cutting down on coffee… I think my IBS will worsen whenever I take milk.  If I take coffee every afternoon, my tummy will just growl all the way till night.  Ugh… is this a sign of my body getting old?  =(  Now it’s just approximately one cup of coffee per day, and that’s in the morning.  I’d take a second cup in the afternoon at times when I really couldn’t fight the drowsiness, but I’d avoid if I can.  Sigh.  When will this dumb IBS go away… :(

Yesterday I was contemplating whether to cancel my gym membership, and just buy a pair of dumbbells to workout.  $150 per month is actually quite a significant amount – S$1,800 per year.  And since I only get $600 subsidy from company every year, that amounts to S$1,200 out of my own pocket for every year for Fitness First. Now, that’s a lot of money.  I just don’t know if I would have the self discipline to work out at home… :???:
