I know I’ve been whining a lot about wanting to switch jobs and stuff…. but honestly I’m a little reluctant to move out of this current comfort zone that I’m in. XD I’ll still go poke around the website that you provided though, just to see what they have there. =x

I agree with your supervisor – the problem doesn’t lie with you, but with those who think that way. They want to remain less-than-medicore, well that’s fine, but some people would want to drag others down, just to feel better about themselves. I hope you don’t allow such individuals to pull you down – spread your wings!

Well, the work economy has not really picked up (unless you want to be a teacher. MOE is gobbling up job seekers these days, or so I heard) just yet, so maybe now is not the best time to switch jobs. Still, nothing wrong with looking around. Careers@Gov (www.careers.gov.sg) was recently launched, maybe you want to go poke around and see what’s available. I do that every now and then, just to keep myself updated on what kind of jobs are available.
